I was honoured to participate in a working lunch with Ethiopis Tafara during his first mission to Nigeria, alongside an inspiring group of ten women leaders and entrepreneurs. During the lunch, I highlighted Aruwa Capital Management’s work across SME value chains in Africa, demonstrating how gender-smart investing can drive revenue growth, job creation, strong governance, and enhanced returns- showing that it is a performance amplifier, not just a concessionary strategy.
