I was pleased to participate in the Mentor Matchup Challenge 7.0 Conference, a forum dedicated to connecting emerging founders with mentorship, guidance, and practical insights to help scale their businesses. During the panel discussion, I joined Michel Ussene, Temilade Aduroja, and Mohammed Usman Abdul-Razaq to share perspectives on mobilising capital, supporting women-led enterprises, and strengthening Africa’s entrepreneurial ecosystem. Our conversation highlighted the importance of pairing investment capital with mentorship and operational support to help high-potential businesses grow, build resilience, and drive inclusive economic development across the continent.
