During the 55th World Economic Forum Annual Meeting in Davos, I had the pleasure of participating in Aruwa Capital’s first globally hosted panel, held as part of the launch of Nigeria House Davos. The platform spotlighted Nigeria’s innovation, enterprise, and global ambition, with Aruwa supporting as a sponsor. The panel, “She Builds, She Leads, She Scales: Women Shaping Africa’s Economic Future,” explored how removing barriers to capital, technology, and leadership can unlock Africa’s next wave of growth. Moderated by Payel Farasat, I joined Pauline Koelbl and Lise Birikundavyi to discuss the untapped potential of women as founders, fund managers, and leaders across Africa’s economy.
